BlueCollarBabe, this is not the polyester of yester year nor is it a cheap polyester. It's actually a very nice fabric. I prefer this to silk because it's not so precious that I'm afraid to wear it. Plus, to my sensitive nose, silk has a smell that is not pleasant to me. I can wear this -- if I ever get one -- without worry. Of course, I'm making assumptions about your dislike of the fabric. But if you get a chance to try some of the Linea polyesters, you might be surprised.

I won't pay $60+ for an all polyester top but I do love the design. Just wish it was a better quality fabric.

I guess you haven't looked through a Saks, Bloomingdales or Neimans catalog lately. Every other thing is poly or a poly blend. There are many beautiful poly fabrics now.

I managed to order the wisteria, because the black/twig was sold out! I think this will be a wonderful go-to tunic for spring/summer over white jeans. I have a very pricey Tory Burch tunic that I love, but this tunic easily rivals that one at 1/4 of the price!

I have tops like this in all cotton (Tory Burch) and the embroidery makes them a nightmare to iron. Betting this one behaves better!

Excellent point! I grabbed the wisteria and am on WL for the blue. I've been waiting for this since Louis first teased us with the sneak peek!

Are you staying with your regular size? I know Louis said to stick with your size, but the bust is 44 on the medium, and I like 40 better. It looked a bit tight on Jackie, and I bet that was a large.

Thank you for posting this, I've been waiting. I don't think I would style it with jewelry like Louis did, the embroidery is busy enough.

He said to go by the shoulder measurements rather than the bust as it's a relaxed garment. With this in mind, I kept to my usual Linea size and did not go up.

Went with the Black/Dark Suntan for casual & to 'really dress it up' for dinner. Another great travel piece from LDO! Louis' embroidered clothing is top notch!

NBW, you got the color I craved!! I was too slow pulling the trigger on this tunic, but got the wisteria. Can't go wrong with any of the colors really. Enjoy your tunic!!
