This is a refreshing change from the usual stuffy, preppy , dowdy RL fare.

I do like the American west collections, but the polo shirts and nautical stuff is a big no for me.

I agree.  I really like the crewneck sweater.  I just don't $198 like it.  I'd wear it in a heartbeat though.

I love tie dye tops.

Also, those Indian batik gauze tops.

Also, (again) , those Indian cotton plaids that were meant to color bleed into one another.

Can't think of the exact name of that fabric.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

MADRAS !

That's the word I was trying to remember.

I'd like to see some Madras fabric tops during the Summer.

Maybe next year...........

RL was always known for classic and classy looks. These are neither.

I don't like every primary and secondary color all together and juxtaposed in an unpleasant way. Didn't like it then; don't like it now.  Same goes for swirls.

I like the jeans. A splash of color against a lot of white.

I love a color burst sometimes but haven't worn many tie-dye pieces. I like the sweater and pants. Although my idea of adding colors is more with accessories like bags and statement jewelry.

Re: New Ralph Lauren Tie Dye Items

I loved tie dye back in the 60's and early 70's in elementary.  I wanted to be a hippie- flower child so much when I was 8 years old.  I probably could see the RL polo tie dye on my four year old granddaughter but that is about it for what he is offering.  Not the same nor am I.
