New QVC return shipping policy??

I was so upset when I opened a letter from QVC stating that I will not be credited for a return as it was sent in with another item. They want to see proof of delivery in order for the return to be processed and asked that I not send things back together. WHAT??? These items were sent to me togethe under one order number, and so I returned them together. The delivery confirmation online is what they use and it covers BOTH items. There was one invoice and ONE return slip! I am just irked!!! I wrote CS a note. I do not appreciate receiving communication with gripes which are unfounded. Thanks for letting me vent.
