@ALRATIBA  Personally, I would rework the boots and tone it down a bit with a different pair.  Maybe a low wedge.

There is a mature woman on a TV commercial "Go Daddy" and she looks foolish but apparently she thinks she looks good.

I think as women when we age we can wear just about anything but just need to tone it down with colors, shoes and even handbags.  You want to look good but sophisticated with excellent taste.  That's how I feel about it.

I’m doing my version in black and white .., and wearing my new booties.. full length black denim pants, black turtleneck and white denim jacket.

If you like it and it looks good on you, who cares how old you are!
