I have never opened a blouse or top that did not need preliminary ironing.  And I really don't think I'm that fussy.

I use low heat on fabrics that you are describing. I also use Downy wrinkle release spray when things come out of the dryer and look a little wrinkled. A quick spray and shake often release wrinkles enough to pass on ironing. A spray of the Downy lasts me a very long time. I just bought a new one this week from Walmart and it was about $7.
