Disclaimer: I am not a matchy matchy person!
Since they are made by different manufactures and different leathers they won't match but are in the same family. I rarely match bag and shoes unless it's black and black or navy and navy. Have you thought about a neutral color in the sandal and let the bag be the star?

They go together fine! May be a little too matcha matchy?
If you really like the color of the shoes I think the Sandcastle shade in the purse would be a nice pairing

I would buy them and wear together. If they are not identical, does it matter? I think that bag is darling and I like the shoes too.

Hi @Andreatoo Ooooh. The sandcastle is good too with the sandals. Thanks.
I guess I didn't explain better. I'm not really a matchy, matchy person. I was just wondering if the shades go together. Have a late summer, almost autumn wedding to attend, IF it even happens. UGH Covid and wanted some talented opinions from all you ladies.
I have a pretty dress, mid calf length with rust, gold, olive green, browns and some black. Going to wear a black or demin jacket over and punch it up with turquoise Native American jewelry. The wedding is very informal and outdoors. Just thought this combo of rust and copperetone would work.
Thanks also for posting the pix.

With the description of the dress, I would not go with the lighter (sandcastle) purse. It wouldn't coordinate at all.

It's hard to match color based on separate Internet pictures. The colors of the items may have undertones that our screens may not capture and may make the tones clash. Lighting can also cause changes in color perceptions. I would buy if I liked the items enough to take my chances that they won't work together, and then decide whether to return or keep.
