This could be it but looks like the pockets are more to the front & I thought Amy's had 3 buttons on sleeve. Will check it out & thanks to everyone that is trying to help.

Thanks for posting the picture since I don't know how. Yes that is the one. I hope someone can find it for me. Since I don't do Facebook if anyone can ask Amy I would appreciate it. Sometimes it's possible to find a brand based on button style b/c some designers use their logo or initials on their buttons so I tried to look closely at one video showing a close-up of the buttons on Amy's blazer but I couldn't make out the design on the buttons. Maybe someone here can figure it out or possibly know about these buttons.
