Need Help finding a dress to fit me!!!

I have such trouble finding a dress! Can any of you help? I am five feet tall, short wasted. I have a curvy tummy and rear. What would be best for a fit? I'm very conscious of my belly. Middle age isn't fun! I think my waist is a 39 and my chest is a 38. Thank you all!
