Need Help Please

I'm hoping some young, quick minds will remember what Louis said about how to "steam" the collar of the leather and knit blazer. Someone had received a blazer with a lapel that wouldn't stay folded. They must have returned it and I got it! I remember reading that it was no problem, but can't remember the exact process. Any help would be wonderful.......Thanks
