I attended a wedding Saturday and noticed that practically all the women who chose sleeveless dresses had some kind of wrap around them.

Yes. I love teal and aqua. I wore a 2 piece aqua outfit to my nephews wedding last weekend and got a lot of compliments from all ages.  

You will be beautiful.  Wear it in good health and have fun.

I don't see why teal would not be appropriate to wear during the summer.

Teal is not one of my favorite colors but if I liked it, I wouldn't hesitate to wear it to a summer wedding.  As others have mentioned, I'd be sure to take along some sort of wrap in case it gets chilly in the evening or the A/C is cranked up, etc.

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit, but Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.
