Nash TSV 1940’s Dress Inspiration

I'm not interested in the handbag TSV, but Patricia brought in a 1940's print dress that gave her the inspiration for one of her designs.  Beautiful.

I absolutely love this dress.  Why can't the QVC buying team encourage more prints like this from the brands here?

It's not dense, or overloaded with contrasting colors, or looking so obviously like it's trying to "hide the lumps & bumps" type of pattern that 99% of all QVC brands have enlisted to follow.

One would have to be very thin,to wear that type of dress.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

To me the dress looks like something a woman from the 1940's would wear. All-over floral prints can be aging.

@goldensrbest   I don't think so.  It has a shape that looks like it can be made for any size and curves.  I think all sizes can look beautiful in this.

Just give me the print.  It'll look gorgeous in a top as well.  Smiley Happy

@SilleeMee   I agree with you about 100% of the all over print dresses I've ever seen on QVC.

I like all the solid, dark, open space of this print.  To me it looks confident and lovely.

I agree, the dress is stunning but I didn't care for the print on the handbag (too busy for my taste).

@Caaareful Shopper  IMO London Times has some pretty floral dress on QVC, not exactly like the 1940 inspo you posted but thought I would share in cae you had not seen them and were interested.

The blue bag is a stunner, much nicer than the dress imo. I think the design and pattern of the dress is lost with the waist seam right in the middle, really cuts it in half.

Her handbag is so much nicer.
