I found with NYDJ and Jen7, the measurements on the bottom chart do not matter. I sized down 2 sizes on Jen7 and 1 size on NYDJ.

Are these made for QVC or are they regular NYDJ? If they are the original ones and not a collaboration between QVC, then take a quick peak at them on other websites to see reviews. On Nordies, most styles will tell you size down for their jeans.
Now that they have Curve 360 iteration, I'm not sure about those and not sure which ones you refer to here. Their original styles do require you to size down. I have two pair that I purchased years ago. Petite in length and when I wore them before Covid weight gain, they were saggy by the end of the day. A white pair and a darker blue pair. The styles are Barbara and Marilyn (White) I think.
Good luck with your purchases.
