I'm not interested in the perceived political undertones of this thread, but I will say those clothes are ghastly.

I used to love Nordstom, but I haven't found anything there for the past five years, and I had limited success for five years or so before that.  Either their quality and selection changed, or my taste changed.  (Perhaps both.)

In my case, it is not just Nordstrom, department stores in general just don't appeal to me anymore.

Oh yes I can certainly see why they stopped selling a recent celebrity's fashions - these posted by the OP will certainly be much more popular.

@Isobel Archer, Nordstrom's no longer carries a lot.

First Tier Michael Kors handbags = gone

Dooney and Bourke = gone

Middle of the Road Coach = gone

@aprilskies, could be her design?  Kendall and Kylie have their own fashion line sold on NM and Nordstrom's.  Price points are not too out there from what I can tell.

Those clothes are hideous; there is no other word to describe them.

The shoes are bad, but the skirt is worse.  Maybe they should bring back some Ivanka merchandise.

The clothes shown by the OP in the opening thread are not my style but they DO appeal to buyers else they wouldn't carry the designer.

Most department stores have something to offer every taste and look; you just have to know where to look. Gucci has some great stuff via their classics but the "fashion" heels are a throwback to the "Swinging 60's"; if I was in my 20's I would love it. That said, I wouldn't have the money to love it so....the rich parents must be footing the bill. Who knows.

Nordstrom isn't my first choice anymore for shopping for many reasons. Shame but they lost me as a customer last year....too many negatives to continue with them.
