I'm noticing the models in loafers or flats wearing no socks....bare legs and jeans or pants. It's 33 here in the mornings!!!

Do you go barefoot if it's cold where you live? Fashion above comfort?

I always wear socks in fall and winter. Have different ones for different degrees of cold.  Winters can get nasty here.

Models probably just model that way but wear socks when cold.

Even here in Texas I wear socks except in the summer when I wear sandals....

I live in Arizona and wear sock when I'm wearing anything but sandals. I just don't like the way my feet feel in shoes without them.

Never wear socks except when it snows. Once the snow is off the streets the socks come off. My feet are never cold.

The only time I ever wear socks are the elastic knee highs I wear on airplanes.  I do own socks but rarely bother with them.  I do wear sheepskin slippers around the house most days and you don't need socks with them.

I wear socks year-round.  I only have 1 or 2 pair of sandals and rarely wear them because my feet get cold in the air conditioning too.  i just laugh to myself when they say you can wear whatever shoe without socks.  Not me.

I think we don't dress like the models.  The models are not dressing for personal comfort.  I do.  Why would you compare?

There are sprays for keeping the inside of footwear "sanitary".

IMO, no socks looks unbalanced when a person is "wrapped up" for the cold. 

I don't like the way no sock feels, but I remember seeing this as far back as the '80's.

If I'm inside - as the models are - then yes, I don't always wear socks.
