NICOLE MILLER BLOUSES

[ Edited ]

A 667781  I like the style, but oh those prints!!! I just can't see them on me.

The sale prices don't make sense to me. Take off $10-$15 and then add back the shipping. That's really not a discount, is it?

If these fashions, housewares, etc. aren't given a deep discount and free shipping we'll be seeing them over and over and over until they're gone or sent to a resale shop.

@Shanus   lol   That's exactly how I feel every time I see most of the makeup offerings.   I can't imagine ever liking them on me.

Every department store tries to appeal to many different interests and needs.  They don't need everyone to want everything.  Are there any business that do?

@millieshops   I get it and know what will look good on me...clothing and makeup. I rarely purchase either from Q.

They are the ugliest prints  and are $58. What did she empty out her warehouse of  unsold items ?

@Shanus   I also know what flatters me.  I love prints, but those far more than solids are definitely local buys.  Sometimes even prints I think are attractive fall in bad places on my body, but I would always reject that Nicole Miller blouse even if it were plain because it's absolutely much too much fabric for my body.

Worse than blue-red blush or lipstick on my face.  Once I learned not to follow that advice, I've saved many dollars over the years.  (Learned long before I started to watch QVC when 2 "makeup-artists" sold an uninformed me very wrong colors.   They made money that day, but their company lost for the last 40 years I've lived since!

Denim & Co. has had a lot of blouses with big roses on them.  They are a big "no" for me.  I won't even give them a second glance.  If I'm going to consider a floral, it has to be abstract or highly stylized.  Big roses are too "old lady".

I just looked at those blouses and all I could say is Heavens to Murgatroyd.

There are some of the roses (not sure about others) on Thredup that say they are flawed and you can buy for $25.  Copied from Thredup  "Still has life left in it, but has visible flaws that may require repair. May be from a best-selling brand that is eligible for resale due to high demand. Inspection shows: light to moderate fading or discoloration."
