HELLLLLLP!!! Anyone know what to do for pilling? I wore~ for the first time (I saved for special occasion) the A275785 LOGO by Lori Goldstein 3/4 Sleeve Knit Top with Chiffon Hem in blue tint and on the way to the shower the seatbelt litteraly wore a diagonal pill path from shoulder across my belly...my daughter even said "what happened??" I am so angry. By the time I add shipping and taxes it is over $60.00....and to show up looking like that, I can't even begin to say how furious I am. I DO NOT expect to have an expensive top do that! It's (was) a beautiful top and feels wonderful but DANG!...it looks like ****** and looks very worn. What have any of you all done to fix this curnumdrum?

@AutumnJan I don't know how long you kept this before you wore it, but first thing I'd do was ask for help in the Customer Care forum (last forum on the left) where the Mods handle customer service requests. So far whenever I've had an issue with QVC or a product, and posted there I've gotten super excellent help. A mod may call you (I've had phone calls to discusse the matter - they have access to your CS info). @QVC-Beth has been terrific that way (I've reached her through the Customer Care forum) and with my QVC problems she's helped me with she turned me from a disgruntled customer to a happy one. So, post your issue there and someone will probably give you a call to get more details and try to help you. IMO Beth goes above and beyond the call of duty to help as best she can.
Since your item has 34 Customer Reviews and has a four-and-a-half star rating out of five, I'd say maybe you got a defective one.
The only pilled LOGO item I've ever had --- and I own tons of LOGO - is a pair of As Is French Terry that arrived pilled and I just returned it w/in my 30 days. However, I've had other clothing pill over the years and so I got a shaver at Jo Ann's Fabrics with a 40% off coupon (it was very inexpensive) that just shaves the pilling off.

I think Pearley's advice is excellent. But it is probably within the 30 days of your receipt of the item, so CS itself will refund your full amount, including all shipping charges, if you describe the problem and mark as defective. This is a defect to those unaware that some LOGO items are very delicate. That is their beauty, comfort and charm. Seat belts eat up beautiful materials, so it is prudent to put something between it and you and just take some care when wearing delicate garments that you really like.

@Justice4all is right in both her points. If you are within your 30 days, no need to ask for help here, just send it back and mark slip as defective and no S&H charges will be deducted from your refund. I was assuming of course that you were beyond your 30 days in which you could return it and get a credit back.
Justice4all is also correct about seat belts and delicate fabrics.
I hope everything gets resolved to your satisfaction.

Well now I guess there's two of us that the Logo tops pill for! The tops pill ladies, they pill because of the type of fabric she uses. It doesn't stop me from buying the tops I like, I just know that they are disposable.
