NEED HELP ON WHICH STRENTH FOR FASHSION EYE GLASSES

My last eye exam showed +2.75 not sure if it is my close up or distance vison?

I wear progresive lenses.

Okay if anyone is an option and can help me.

Will try and give my the script.

D.V OD SPEHERICAL.+0.75. cYLINDRICAL +1.00. AXIS 175.

+0.50 cYLINDRICAL +1.00 AXIS 180.

Hope i did this right?

Remarks on bottom shows. +2.75 add on.

I am not seeing the 2.75 strength shown??
