I'm hoping any of our resident fashion wizards may be able to help me find these shells for my sister.   (I don't know if I'm looking in the wrong places or the problem is the wrong time of year.  As I see it, women who wear business attire wear it all year 'round.)

My sis just got a promotion and has to upgrade her business attire wardrobe.  Quickly.   She has some nice suits, but now needs a few more ....  wool gabardine, etc.  The good stuff.   The V neck tops work perfectly and are hassle free.  Basic colors such as red, blue, black, etc.  and must be V-neck.  She'll need either an XL or maybe a 1x because she's busty.

What she has asked me to locate are some good quality shells (sleeveless tops) that are dressy ... not the regular cotton ones for everyday wear.  Fabric content would be modal, rayon, silk belnds, etc.

Years ago Talbots used to have very nice ones in a rayon blend and had a ribbed bottom, but I didn't see them today on the website.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !!!

Why don't you go to an up scale department store and get a personal shopper?  Otherwise some place such as Talbots, WHBM or Chicos?

Talbots, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Ave, Bloomingdale's.  They all have personal shoppers who can help her assemble a wardrobe.
