NEED ADVICE,SIZING AND COLOR ?

Have a fixation on a SG sweater i saw aired last week. Not sure of size i should order? Also two colors i like??

Item # is A220591. V neck 3/4 sleeve tunic with Mandarin collar. It has contrast color on V,and bottom of sleeve.

I love the Black with Turquoise trim,and Navy with Green trim.

Have two pair of Motto Knit pants. One is Navy,the Other is Black. Would love to hear what color do you think will work better with both pants?

Also size would be appreciated. I am short,5ft1. Have small frame,so my shoulders are narrow. My chest measures 39/1/2 inches. I wear a slightly padded 40 B bra.

Am chunky in the waist,and ab area. My lower hip measures 39. So am not sure if Med would work better,or Lg? Am a bit leary about the large as mentioned my shoulders are narrow,and also the drop under the arm where the sleeve begins.

Sorry hard to describe this way.

If anyone has this top or similar pleas reply? Thanks.
