We were married in March of 1970 & my dress was so much like that.  My veil was not a crown, but it was down to the floor and lovely.  I still have it & look at it now and then.  Does it fit?  No! I wear the same size as I did then, but things have shifted.😁😊😄

I have seen many beautiful wedding dresses.  When we were married, sadly. design was just changing.  I bought my wedding dress on sale.  It was white, had lace, and I was done.  No choices!
