By the bay! I got the black version of the skirt that Kate is wearing in this video in white. I couldn't tell if I would like it based on the bay photo, but when I saw it in this video, I had to have it. I've wanted a skirt like the tiered georgette one or the boho, but I don't like wearing such long skirts. This one looks perfect. I'll let you know what works with it after I get it.
