[I am still oxox]

The wedding is Sunday night, I had decided to wear my black lace dress had it altered, ( so glad I tried it on) and oops the seamstress too into much at the bust line, I can not breath or move my arms. Well I am back to wearing the dress with the illusion neck. I have a receipt and will take the lace one back she did not cut the seams

I actually like it better than the lace dress, personally.

How can you take a dress back that has been altered?  You said she did not cut the seams.....but???
