My Order Status Has Changed So Many Times..............

Regarding the WK petite M pants in black and tarragon, which were ordered at midnight on September 10, the status has changed back and forth so many times I literally cannot keep up. It goes from backorder to in process with changes in EDD at various times throughout the day. First you see it, then you don't. The ordering and warehouse department of the Q is a TRAIN WRECK and ONE HOT MESS!
