yes! I located the EXACT SAME jacket, by luck!

I think it fits so well and looks good is because it is sheer.  It looks great over a black crew-neck tee. There is also blue and there is white, so gray, white or gray might work also! 

I'm surprised, too, that the embroidery is not overpowering since I'm short. THX!

She's unique and very stylish. She can rock gray hair too!

I wouldn't be interested in emulating her style but to each their own. I think that there are fun bits and pieces in her wardrobe.
