I'll buzz about this (and I don't usually). But OMG! Is it just me? Or do others think this is unflattering and hideous? More like a Goodwill find. Or even cute for a little girl. But, I guess, it is buzzworthy!

You know when they first starting sharing this item, they didn't show a full pic and I thought it was a blouse like what I am seeing offered at JCP.

Now that I see it's a dress the problem I'm having with it is the cockeyed hem in the front.

There are many elements: wind, fire, water
But none quite like the element of surprise

I don't have cable so I watch alot of old TV shows. This 1960's mod style dress with a ruffle hem is not new. I didn't catch the 'designer' of this yellow one however I think if the ruffle had been straight and shorter, OR a double layer of short straight ruffles had been used, it could have passed off as a retro dress.
