Ordered the ponte jacket on March 31...."in process"
Other clothing ordered April 3, shows shipped. Only Linea orders are still "in process"

My orders stay in process for almost a week. I, too, can't believe that it is legal for them to take orders from customers when there isn't the adequate inventory to fill the orders. As far as how the ones that are backordered is determined, the way they determine that should also be illegal.
The vagaries of ordering Linea are too difficult to comprehend. Why we should have to act as though we're in a lottery to give them our money is absurd.

NOT TRUE! They have oversold the item! They are attempting to shift the blame to the vendor. Happened to me TWICE! After I screamed up and down the line of the chain of command they finally ""found"" my items to ship to me.
All of my selections from the last two shows are still ""In Process"". My OTO shipped immediately.

I've had several items that I ordered the minute they were introduced - not something that was restocked. One pair of Clarks navy boots last year was a TSV and I ordered during the midnight hour. They wound up on backorder and it took 3 weeks. I've had it happen this year with another pair of boots, never been shown before, I ordered the minute they hit the screen. They also went on backorder, and when I finally received them, they weren't exactly the same boot - the one shown had silver studs on it and were a light "navy" (although I wouldn't have called it navy), the ones I received were very dark true navy with GOLD studs. They went back. And when I looked at the most current video, they were still showing the same light blue boots with silver studs--I almost went ballistic-I really wanted those boots!
Customer Service has told me on each occasion that it was because there was a mistake in inventory, but they did blame it on the vendor. I basically told them they need to send a message up to the PTB that they needed to hire someone who could count!

All my Linea orders have shipped, including the denim ankle pants and exposed zipper vest. I didn't order any of the linen items though. I hope you see some movement soon!

I have noticed on the forum that people have received the denim vests & denim ankle pants. These were waitlist items ordered during the nanosecond they were shown. I called c/s & even talking to a supervised they could not give me any information. They told me they were 'sold out'! I said this is very unfair & possibly illeagal to allow some the opportunity to order & not allow everyone who wants them. Total frustration!!

And yet my OTO is still ""in process."" The whole system is nuts!

I agree that it is when they oversell something. If they didn't have the quantity in stock, they should do an advance order so customers will know they aren't getting the item shipped within a few days.
