Re: Models wearing the correct size

This is a perfect example of QVC trying to be "woke". They seem to think they're being politically correct dressing a 3XXXXXX model in something that an xxs model would wear and look good in.

I don't know the models names----usually mulittasking when I watch, BUT, last night a model came on in Women With Control leggings----- oh my!  The pants were white.  You could see EVERY lump, bump, indention and cellulite pocket on her legs.  I love WWC pants---but if was a new watcher---- I would say,  " oh, heck no"!  What are the people dressing the models thinking?? Just my two cents!

@Secretariat1  The models have been dressing like this for a long time thanks to the stylist who dresses them. Your theory makes absolutely no sense and to me is ridiculous. My opinion.

@Junebug54

I am saying that the Legal Dept. on QVC is NOT going to allow hosts to lie and falsify on air about what size they are wearing.

I have no opinions on what size people SHOULD wear.  That is a personal choice.

I think she means that since fat shaming is hateful, the thought that anyone should be able to wear anything and feel good about it  - and that everyone should applaud, because criticizing is also hateful - is a thing - at least in some quarters.

Re: Models wearing the correct size

Aside from sizing I cannot imagine going out of the house in some of the stuff they put together and say it matches.  I hate it when they decide to make outfits and say how good it looks together when it clearly does not match at all....Carolyn really wears some stuff that makes her look terrrible.

@Secretariat1
What is the deal with including all the additional "xxxxxx" in referring to the size 3x?

Seems like you are throwing a bit of shade towards plus size women but since I don't know what you're thinking, I'm here to ask why it was necessary to write "3XXXXXX" in two seperate posts?

On a side note, I highly doubt that QVC even had a size 3x model on air. They never have in the past. If use a plus size model in a show, it's always been a size 1X.  If you were referring to the plus model who was wearing the cream leggings, navy top, sneakers and a ball cap, she was wearing a 1x.
