Does anyone besides me wish they would have different size models on the Denim & Company shows. With the prices and shipping and handling it would be nice to see how the clothes would fit and lay on my body type. Not saying it would be a perfect match but close.

No.  Much more accurate and easier to check garment measurements.  You can't judge all dimensions on tv.

I always check garment measurements but I really like seeing how an outfit "looks,' not just "fits," on a model my approximate size.

I believe they use the same models all the time for that brand.    I am kinda short (4'10")...and my judgment is sometimes "off" when I imagine how it will look on me.

Years ago, many times there was a XL model, petite and regular model.  Sometimes depending on the host, who many like to model, wearing their size.

What body type/size are you looking for @GAC65 ?

Models help me see how an item will look on me----I have a shape like Jamie the model. If it doesn't look good on her I KNOW it won't work for me.

I am 5'7" xl top, l pant, weigh 185.

Many of the fashion shows now show more plus sized models, of varying heights.  Didn't used to be like this.  I am short and a smaller size and I can't identify.  Amy looks more like me, but for a model I am not seeing it.

I'm a medium top and medium/10 bottom. Every time I watch a D&C show they have on the plus size model. They use more models to show makeup and hair products then they do clothing.

Models help me see how the fabric moves with the body as well as how it appears in motion as opposed to seeing just a picture on the website. But here's my issue with the newer models...most of them stand still instead of moving around, walking across the floor and tossing a section of the garment off to one side or the other.  That's what helps give me the 'feel' of the fabric.
