I ordered Minnetonka loafers and they were a bit loose. So I exchanged them for a size smaller. The kilty brown just fits and the black thunderbird feels as loose if not looser than the one I returned. That’s definitely going back. In the case of the Kilty, is it supposed to be snug? They are both loafers by the way.

I haven't had their loafers; just their moc's.  They definitely stretch.  But if the shoe is short is length then obviously it won't work.  My moc's stretched in width only.

If you have doubts, don't buy either.  If they're not comfortable, you won't wear them and that's a waste of money.  There are plenty of other brands.

Yes I complained to the Q customer service after waiting for over 25 minutes that I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping and handling because other reviews mentioned the sizing was very off. She said fine.
