Rosie Huntington-Whitely in a white Ralph Lauren column ****
Claire Dane in a pale blue Zac Posen, old world glam ****
Kendall Jenner a PYT in Versace ****
Kate Hudson, a white Versace. I thought this was the perfect “theme” dress for the occasion without going over the top ****
Gigi Hadid in a smoke grey Tommy Hilfiger [that’s a surprise combination] ***
Amber Valetta in black H&M ***
Emma Watson a PYT in couture ***
Doutzen Kroes, White Balmain **
Worst Dressed:
SJP- Desperate, trying too hard
Madonna- very Desperate
Rita Ora- too short for all those feathers
Julie Macklowe- the tin man
Katy Perry- Desperate
Taylor Swift- trying way too hard, her hair looks fried
The Olsen Twins- throw these girls a life saver. They look like they are drowning in their clothes
Amy Schumer and Alexander Wang for letting her walk the red carpet in his dress, and standing next to her with a big smile, just BAD
Last but not least…..Ms Prada…….I don’t know if she tries to look this bad on purpose, but for a designer to look this bad she should never leave the back rooms.
That’s my take on the Met Gala. I thought all of the SILVER, the color of the evening, cancelled each other out….It basically all looked alike….. It’s a totally different event then when I used to go. Diana Vreeland was in charge not Anna Wintour, and the difference was huge.
