It's a maxi with a boho style blue print. Probably expensive....

Check anthropolgie.  Dress could be from Moulinette Souers Lily who features peasant dresses.

I looked but I didn't find IT.  You could ask on her FB page.  I found two similar styles.  Sometimes you can use similar images (like the ones below) to find something through Google images that might be to your liking.
