Because I called C/S and got them??
I just find it odd that CS has them, but they're still not posted. Makes me wonder if they just gave out measurements for a Linea cardigan, but not this specific cardigan.
I SPECIFICALLY GAVE C/S the item #! Why would they lie or for that matter, do you not trust that I would get it done right?
I am offended by that inappropriate comment. I took the time to call c/s and get information to help other customers. I told the c/s rep I wanted the actual garment measurements, if available, not QVC's generic measurement chart. The c/s rep repeated the number I gave her; read the item description and gave me what I asked for. I commented to her this item does not show up on the homepage as just released and she said it had just come on line. I asked her if they were going to discontinue showing measurements for items "under click here" and she said "absolutely not! they would be overwhelmed with customers calling for measurements. Someone has started a stupid rumor." She also said when there is a rush to get an item on line sometimes there isn't time to provide the item measurements. She was a very experienced c/s rep (you know when you get a good one, and she was.)
Justjazzmom, BklynKinsey and I took the time to help and should be thanked. Guess it's true. No good deed goes unpunished.

I truly hope that this is all just one moment of screwy nonsense, but there is a pattern forming about not posting garment measurements. It's very hit or miss right now and until the new shipping stuff was posted, that simply was not the case.
I was looking at the new things from Joe Zee and from Seth Aaron; one of three newly listed garments show didn't have "click here" measurements. I honestly can't remember that happening in the past.
Not trying to start a rumor not doubting what the rep said, but facts are facts. Fewer and fewer garments are posted on the site with garment measurements.

I think a LOT of us appreciate what you and BrklynKinsey and JustJazzmom have done! I already thanked BrklynKinsey and I'm a hugely in JustJazzmom's debt and let me go on record here Happy Lady in gratitude for what you have done here as well. I just HATE calling CS so I'm especially grateful! And have benefited many times from the good advice, research and counsel of all of you and so many of the Linea Ladies. Have a wonderful day and don't let it be tainted by QVC or the discussion threads here.

I just checked Susan Graver and WWC items. Both new and without any reviews. No click here measurements. On the new items that have reviews, the measurements are there. It doesn't do us much good to have measurements after we order the item.

Honestly Karlam, given how poor so many of the Q photos of our Linea items are, I'd so much rather have the "click here" measurements FIRST and the photos later. And totally agree, as you said : It doesn't do us much good to have measurements after we order the item." !!!!!

Nothing I said in this thread is "inappropriate" and I don't appreciate being called out by one of the posters here. My intention is to help others in this forum figure out what has become a very confusing sizing issue. If we order based on unreliable measurements, we are the ones who ultimately pay the price.

Read what you wrote. Next time consider using less accusatory words. There are two of us who interpreted your inappropriate statement as pertaining to us.

So call c/s yourself and confirm or correct before you come on here and start all of this.

Since when is asking a question accusatory? I already explained my intentions and you're the one interpreting it as "accusatory." There is no reason for you to be hostile and I don't appreciate being verbally attacked.
