Because I called C/S and got them??
I just find it odd that CS has them, but they're still not posted. Makes me wonder if they just gave out measurements for a Linea cardigan, but not this specific cardigan.
I SPECIFICALLY GAVE C/S the item #! Why would they lie or for that matter, do you not trust that I would get it done right?
I don't think you would get it wrong, JJM, or that CS would purposely lie. I do think there is a level of incompetency at QVC. That's all. It's very strange CS is giving out measurements, but nothing is posted yet.
If the sizing isn't posted by QVC, I don't see how anyone can make a good decision on whether or not to order, especially if the measurements may be unreliable.

I posted a message on Louis' blog informing him of the fact there are no measurements given by the Q. Maybe he has some input at least on his garments. We all know that high returns on Linea equals no reorders on items we really like.

As warned by Louis, the bust measurement on this sweater is small. It also looks a bit short to me. Very disappointing, as the knit looks beautiful. Oh well, $ saved.
I am very, very annoyed with the Q for hiding garment measurements, and refusing to refund original shipping. I will be spending my $ elsewhere on spring wardrobe. No measurements listed, no purchase. Very deceptive new business practice.
Yes, I'm afraid that I feel the same way about ordering w/o measurements being posted online by QVC. I am not willing to "risk" my $ to be able to try clothes on at this point.
I appreciate the willingness of others to call CS and get the information so the LL's can make a good decision on sizing.

NOTE: I phoned Customer Service, and was told to click on the "Sizing" tab, and scroll down, and it will show the sizing for this garment. I did what she told me to do, and the sizing is there. I said normally there is a "Click Here" link that gives the sizing. She said sometimes it's just under the "Sizing" tab.

The rule of thumb has always been to rely on the "click here" measurements, because they are more precise than the general QVC sizing table.
Maybe those are the measurements CS is giving out over the phone...

The Sizing Tab is QVC's general sizing for people-- its not the individual or specific garment measurements which are available from C/S when a person contacts them by phone.

I wonder why CS didn't give Lyn08 those specific measurements then, instead of referring her to the general sizing table...
QVC's new policies are backfiring in a big way. IMO

I wrote CS this morning and just rec'd a reply with the measurements. It's completely incomprehensible because of the messed up margins and tabs. According to the unreadable email I was able to discern the small has a chest of 34"" (I'm sure that is incorrect). Q seems to be digging their own hole very rapidly.

Lyn, the general sizing is NOT the Linea sizing, that is why it is important to have the Click Here measurements which are specific to the Linea garment. The irony is that we Linea consumers know more about the specific sizing issues than CS.

Oh I just LOVE it when I call about an order and the CS representative butchers the Linea name. I always think some of them don't even know what this line is, nor care.
