I bought a pair of MW Flatter Fit pants on sale a couple of months ago. They always have such great ratings so I wanted to try them. I was a little surprised because the material was "crinkly" - I don't know how else to describe them. They weren't a a soft knit - just had a strange feel to them. I washed them to see if that would help, but it didn't. For those of you who have bought Flatter Fit and like them, did I just order something different from the normal? I know that the description was Flatter Fit, but that's all I remember besides being slim. Thanks for your comments.

Re: MarlaWynne Pants Question

I ordered and returned 1 pair of pants and the rise was very long, they almost came up to my arm pits

Re: MarlaWynne Pants Question

The pants are a woven twill like fabric that has a slight texture. They are not perfectly smooth like a knit.  I would not describe them as crinkled.

Re: MarlaWynne Pants Question

The term "crinkled" probably wasn't the best choice of words. Thanks for your comment. I'm keeping the pants, but thought they would be more of a knit material.

Re: MarlaWynne Pants Question

They are not a soft knit. But I think the material will retain it shape longer than a soft knit will. I like the fit. I bought many pairs and they fit great. Then I saw a pair on sale and they were big. I donated them. Not sure what the difference was from the other pairs. But there was a big difference in the fit and they were the supposed to be the same size.

Re: MarlaWynne Pants Question

She wants way too much for her stuff.  Fabrications are not that different from other vendors.

Re: MarlaWynne Pants Question

No you didn't order anything different - that's the way they are.  I had ordered 2 pairs a while back - once I felt the material I returned them.  I also had tried the "white" and they were see through even though they stated they weren't.  Not worth the $$$ IMO.  Mine were flatter fit but I believe they were bootcut.  Not a fan.

Re: MarlaWynne Pants Question

I have said on another thread, I hate her Flatterfit pants.  I ordered a pair one time and couldn't get them sent back fast enough.

These pants didn't flatter me nor did they fit me but the material IMO is just gross.  It felt rubbery to me.  It almost felt like parachute material but much thicker.

Re: MarlaWynne Pants Question

Thanks to all of you who replied....and LipstickDiva's term of "rubbery" material is a good one. Now that I've tried them I won't be ordering any more of them!
