Her items are nice looking but seem like they would be very boxy. I will take a look though. I like her presentations. she easy to listen too.

Marla's TSV would not look good on me.  

But I love her new Modern Art sweater.  This is my style, in the celadon/light heather grey color. 

Having to double-think that price at $97.50 though.

I am missing most of the shows, if you hear any info about the denim, please let me know. I watched the TS launch show last night - nothing was said about the denim. Marla said it was going to post in October which didn't happen, so I'm surprised it still isn't available.

Last night Marla said there is a new 'Home' collection that is stuck on a ship, no ETA info. She also said there is a new Men's collection but no information about when it will be available.

She also said due to the huge rise in shipping expenses and overall inflation, pricing for new collections has increased. I'm going to be even more selective about my clothing purchases - it's not a necessity for me so they will need to try harder to get me to shop. They need to absorb some of the cost burden and not just expect customers will just keep shopping as usual

LOVING the new celadon color pieces, added this sweater to my wishlist.

And the recent new Marla knit fabrics are just so yummy! I'm glad I bought the previous TS poncho and coordinating joggers + pop under... A+ style, quality, and versatility.

I get the sense today's TS cardi and related pieces which is another new Marla knit fabric is on par with Barefoot Dreams cozy chic. And Marla's pricing is more competitive to Barefoot Dreams- this is a very good situation for us! 

I'm still thinking about getting the new TS cardi, but most likely going to wait for a coupon, free shipping - some incentive which they need to do especially for a TS event.

I agree with you.  Now retired, I really only dress up for church and special occasions.  I do think I will eventually try something from her line that is more of a staple.  Very nice styles.

@22eyesblue - I'm still wearing pieces from Marla that I bought 5+ years ago. Certainly a good return on my purchase 'investment'

Yes, some of the jewelry, jackets/toppers are not everyday pieces but all of the tops, dresses, pants that I own are very versatile and many of her pants are my go to's on a regular basis. Much more reasonable in price than Eileen Fisher or St John but equal in quality and style

I'm happy to see her expand the collections to include more everyday items and her new knits are FABULOUS! These rival what is offered by Barefoot Dreams and other higher end knit wear labels. 

Watch for event and clearance pricing - I've been able to scoop up some great buys at very good lower pricing, it just takes some effort to tag the items with the red heart so you can get alerts for price drops and to monitor regularly. I and other Marla shoppers post the specials and personal recommendations to help each other. Stay in touch!
