In the first picture I thought her gown was gorgeous.  Then I saw the front bodice.  It has nothing to do with modesty but I thought the plunging front looked like it didn't go with the rest of her dress

I'm surprised she married on Fox. In the past she's did entertainment pieces  for Today and was on ABC's DWTS.

Her mother has been sick for a few years.  She is a real fighter.

My gosh, I love all of the beautiful lace!  I haven't kept up with wedding dresses, but I have a feeling that all lace dresses are very unique. 

What a beautiful bride and groom.

I've recently seen her as a guest on TV.  She featured a couple of easy recipes, and Maria has written a new cookbook.  I'll check my notes later on and post the name of the two recipes and her cookbook.

I wonder about a woman who feels she has to publicly expose herself like this dress does. Anything to be the center of attention? Like being the bride wouldn't be enough attention.

Great dress except for all the boobage...ruined it....I don't need to see fake boobs.

I think the bride can wear whatever she darn well pleases especially one whose family has gone through as much suffering as hers has. Dress designs have changed considerably and not everyone chooses to be completely covered. 

And "wondering" about a woman who wears a dress like that, I am not even sure what you mean. The story went that as they were prepping a couple weeks back for the broadcast her producer said something about them getting married on the show, as an off hand comment. Once she thought about it she considered it would be wonderful since her parents would be there, particularly her very ill mom.  She also said the thought of planning some gala wedding was stressing her out.   Judging the dress is one thing, but passing judgement on the woman is different.
