Does anyone know much about him and his company? I have read a New York Times article about him and his business dealings with Sigerson Morrison (which was a class shoe) that is unflattering. If I post the link I am sure it will get poofed.

I have a pair of his shoes from the Q and I lIke them. Don't know if they are still available on the Q. They are the Hebe style.

I bought a pair of Marc Fisher sandals on sale summer before last and they are just lovely.

Several months ago, I read an NY Times article (perhaps the same one that you read, kjae) that shed a highly unfavorable light on Marc Fisher.

I'm sure it was, Seaside shopper. I was merely trying to look up who he designed for before he started his company as I read he designed for others. Then, there comes the N.Y. Times artcle. I am acquainted with the Sigerson Morrison brand and it was colorful and in nicer stores like Bloomy's. The story of these two women designers and how they started their company was nice to read about until it got to the business problems with Mr. Fisher. LAWSUITS!

I have a pair of his flats from QVC (Channery) and like them very much. I put very little stock in anything printed in the NYT.

Yes I know quite a bit. His father started 9 west a long time ago with partner Vince Camuto. Had the pleasure of meeting him and his family on several occasions, they were very down to earth nice folk.
