The color of the dress/topper (?) is pretty on her.  I think it would look more flattering if the geez what do I call them sleeves (?) were positioned higher up on her arms.  As it is, the sleeves (?) look droopy and depressed and don't do much for her.

If the sleeves were higher up like these I think it would be better.  Does this make sense?
