Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Re: Madison Chock/Evan Bates- wedding

Lovely couple. Beautiful dress. Love all the photos.

Maybe the first photo was taken after the ceremony so she didn't care? Maybe there's a tarp or fabric of some kind on the rocks and under her dress that we can't see?

Most brides with a train have a way to pull up the back of the dress at the reception. Looks like she did that.

Most of the time those photos are taken before the reception and I'm guessing (of course I could be wrong) that she will spend the rest of the wedding day filthy...

@haddon9  - Maybe the bottom of the train got a little dirty with outdoor pics.  I would not consider her filthy.

@San Antonio Gal I was imagining myself.  If it were me I would have the entire bottom of my dress looking filthy.  It looks like the bride dancing at her wedding looked lovely.

I don't know them.  Nonetheless, this is a beautiful gown, a beautiful lady and a not-so-bad-looking husband.  I would say 'yes' to him.  I think it is a lovely picture.  However, like many others, I cannot imagine dragging that beautiful gown through this rough shore to take a picture.  It makes me cringe.

@Nonametoday - they are really excellent ice dancers. If you have time, search for them on You Tube. Lots of their programs posted. A really good one is their short program to Let's Dance by David Bowie.

Another terrific program is Snake Charmer.

She's one of the most beautiful brides I have ever seen. So classic and elegant-the gown is perfect and so is her hair and makeup.

Re: Madison Chock/Evan Bates- wedding

we had some photos done BEFORE the ceremony, some done during the ceremony, some done AFTER the ceremony, some done during the reception, some done at the end of the night.

i would say the more "filthy" or "dirty" the dress got, the more FUN they experienced.

cannot say i ever look at the bottom of the brides wedding dress for dirt. LOL

to each his own! may they have a long, happy, healthy life together!
