Prolonged symptoms after concussion are called post-concussion syndrome (PCS), which is a controversial disorder with a wide differential diagnosis.  There are general treatments involved to help regain balance, walking and focus, but the specific therapy is personalized for each patient.  We would have no way of knowing exactly what MaryBeth's doctors have ordered unless she chose to share that on Facebook... and IMO that would be TMI.

@Lipstickdiva- I don't think she needs to....but, she wouldn't be posting anywhere if she were seriously injured or I'll.   The fact that she is communicating with viewers is a good sign.
