I guess no more Marc Bouwer on QVC. Well he lasted longer than some of the better designers. Remember Erin Fetherston, Karen Zambos, Cynthia Vincent, Rachel Zoe, et al. I guess designing for QVC and having your own couture line is just too hard to manage.

What a loss for QVC. Some of his things are nothing short of wonderful. I do think you hit the nail on the head! It must be hard to do both a high end and QVC line.

I remember Cynthia Vincent. I am very sad to see Q drop Marc Bouwer. I am trying to buy as many pieces as I can before they're gone.

His designs were for the skinny NYC type models - all style - no function. Won't miss him at all.

I have several of his blouses and found they were hit or miss. The stones fell off one of the blouses. I also have one with wooden beads which are heavy. My favorite is a goddess type blouse. His style definitely wasn't for everyone.
