MACY'S Shoppers...questions

Hi Ladies, I know you know the answers : )

Does Macy's send out emails with coupon codes and free shipping offers? How do you get on the mailing list, if so?

Do you have a source for free shipping codes for Macy's?

I need to order some cotton tees because they are picked over in size at my local store but hate to pay shipping on them.

Another question re their Charge Card... Did they automatically switch from Macy's Visa cards to Macy's American Express Cards? I got no correspondense but received a AE card a while back. I haven't shopped with my Macy Charge card in a few years.
