Lunchtime special

I always thought that the lunchtime special was the best price for an item. I saw the Dennis Basso cape today. It's listed for 99.00. When you watch the video, the price was 4 easy pays of 21 dollars... Is this typical?

@Mermaid22  It hasn't been before, but is getting to be lately. Smiley Sad    I guess QVC is trying to increase its profits from the poor showing lately, and also making up for the S&H being only $3.00 on a lot of items.    Shame on QVC though for that LTS.  I hope everyone considering it watches the video like you did, and gets turned off by today's "special" price.
