Loving Lori's Colorful Sweaters!

I turned on QVC earlier - just when they were showing this sweater.

Love the colors - and I have the yarn.  I was wondering what I would make with it ....  now I know!

@ALRATIBA   I envy your ability to knit.  My mom was a beautiful knitter and she could croche as well.

She tried to teach me but I was an epic fail.

@ALRATIBA  Please share where you buy your yarn.  I'm always looking for different yarns.  Thanks.

Re: Loving Lori's Colorful Sweaters!

@ALRATIBA I watched some of last night's show and thought it was one of the best collections for me.  Liked the styles without so many ruffles and/or sheerness as well as the  colors of so many pieces, including the sweaters that inspired you.

@Biftu

I buy yarn from a lot of sources ... depends on what I'm looking for.  All are online.

Little Knits

Knit Picks

Herrschners

Webs  (yarn dot com)

Premier Yarns

Lion Brand

There are several others that I use occassionally.

@Mom2Dogs

I learned to knit and crochet when I was very young - pre-school.

When you're a little kid - you think you can do anything ... and I wanted to do what my mother and grandmother were doing!

I had the best dressed dolls in town!

@ALRATIBA   My mom would sew, knit and crochet my barbie doll clothes...they were beautiful.
