I'm not much of a ruffle girl (any more), but I love that little white accent at the neckline.  It really makes it a fresh look.

 

With your tiny waist, this will look fab on you!

I like the look of the sweater, including the ruffle, but I never wear anything that touches my neck like that.  I cannot stand any texture touching it.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

It's cute.  I wear makeup so there is no way that I would do a ruffle neckline like that.
