the center back pleat & long sleeves. The pleat starts a little under the top of the back (maybe 6 in. or so) and goes to the hem. I really like seeing tops that have a little personality to them. They don't necessarily need a pattern but just different accents to make the top stand on it's own. Have you seen the top I am talking about? Really, really cute.
