I have plenty of leather outerwear in my closets, but thanks for the heads-up!

I have a gorgeous lamb leather Dennis Basso moto jacket from years ago, great Linea lamb leather & knit jackets and coats, Linea butter-soft suede moto jacket as well as others. I am set for a long time!

Wow!  Most is faux leather with some ridiculous prices.  $700 for a faux jacket that looked very cheap?  

Few real leather on sale and now that there is faux leather, retailers are charging astronomical prices for the real thing.

I have enough real leather blazers, jackets, and coats, so I'll pass until prices are more realistic if they ever will, or they go on sale, but appreciate the tips from alert watchers.

I got a great Burgundy Linea leather and knit sleeves that paid close to 200 for yrs. ago. Think it's outdated now. Don't see leather any more.

I have a linea leather with the knit sleeves, a leather from Bradley Bayou from days gone by that is still as good today as it was then and I have a trench coat in real suede by Bradley Bayou that I love, love, love and any time I wear it, I get a ton of compliments and everyone wants to know where I got it.

@Nonametoday : Yes- II forgot about my Bradley Bayou olive lamb leather jacket.

I saw some very nice leather jackets at a local consignment shop in very good condition for a lot less than new faux leather.

Real leather always look so nice, but I find that I never wear it, except for my long Terry Lewis coats that I loved. are past their useful life and gone.  The short jackets are too cold for outside, too warm for inside.  Everything has been, or will be donated.

I do not buy faux leather.

Most of what I see on Nordie's is faux leather.  I won't be buying any bit of it.

Leather jackets sure aren't practical for warmth. For show? Yes. But where I live now it's way too cold for leather.
