You are NOT the audience the designers want to attract.  There IS something for everyone.  People express themselves through clothing and dress up.  Some of it is cosplay.  What's the big deal @Mindy D ?  There is no big deal.

THERE IS NO AGENDA.  There is a segment of our population that lives their lives differently from us.  It's not wrong, it's just DIFFERENT.  Different is fine by me.

@SeaMaiden    She's still learning.  Kobe Bryant's daughter is modeling now too.  She's such a lovely lady.  There is no modeling school per say, you learn on the job.  If Kendall Jenner can do it, so can Lourdes.....

Some regular actors have been seen strutting the runway in collaboration with designers.  They are not models either.

I believe designers are looking for more diversity in their shows and are using regular looking humans along with the tall, super thin models we have always seen. This particular designer has an ethos that includes spotlighting his spanish heritage, with gay and club culture. I found the horns on Julia Fox reminscent of bulls, not a devil. Ole! His designs are not targeted to our demographic, nor are they targeted at kids or teens. They are targeted at the 1% who are young and travel and go to parties and own yachts.
The rich. Theyre not like us.
