Louis wrote in response to a comment I made on his blog about the discussion here about the absence of some all-import click-here measurements - and in particular on the ottoman/milano sweater jacket:
"…I want you and everyone to know I have brought this “measurement” problem to the PTB….that’s all I can do. I totally understand the frustration, and a Host Promo should have had every measurement avail. to all of you."

Glad that he is listening. If only QVC and it's hosts would. It should be the job of the host and part of the presentation to give info on the products, which include measurements. Last night Jayne was presenting a skirt with George Simonton. I would have been interested if she had said what the length was. Just saying that "It's a good length" doesn't cut it. As a viewer, I shouldn't have to get on the computer and dig around for basic info. That should be the host's job. I'm certainly not going to blindly order something and likely have to go to the bother to send it back. Where's the value and convenience in that?

He didn't mention this but I feel the lack of click here measurements also contributes to high returns which means no more new colors or that design ever again.
Out of the 8 items w/o click here measurements 5 of them are on clearance or last clicks.

And chances are IF I have to go to internet to get the info, then why not just click a few more times, compare to other sites, probably even find it cheaper. I say STOP with so much social media conversations, consumer phone calls and get down to the actual pertinent data of item they are selling.

He is the most responsive vendor to his customers. Too bad QVC doesn't listen as well. IMHO he should be having the 1 hour show every Mon. not Lori. But I'm obviously not the customer QVC gears to these days.

That is great that Louis brought it up, hopefully QVC will at least listen to a vendor but then again, who knows, they don't really listen to any of us.
Martha, Jayne is one of the worst for giving sizing info on the items. She is part of the reason why they don't bother with it overall these days. Well, with the "new" and not improved shipping policy that will be in effect 2/17, I'm going to make me think very hard about purchasing clothes & shoes from QVC. Nearly all of my returns have been because of sizing issues that is related to QVC not because I chose the wrong size.
I am completely done with Ryka - I am always a size 7 shoe but with Ryka's sometimes its a 6.5 sometimes it is a 7.5. I was willing to eat the return shipping cost so long as I got my original shipping back, but I'm done with that.

I agree - this lack of sizing information is unacceptable. I wanted Louis' new cardigan yesterday, but not sure of the size, so I didn't order. Is this the new policy for all apparel items? Was just looking up a new Lisa Rinna item and there are no "click here" measurements. I will be saving money, but it is frustrating.
I remember when the hosts gave chest measurements, then they stopped with that and showed the measurements on screen and now it is a guessing game on sizing. Don't understand Q's logic.

Interesting: Watching Pat doing some fashions the over the weekend she actually gave some measurements, I don't think she does that when paired with Jayne B.

They used to do measurements. All of a sudden I heard a host say, "we are not doing that anymore, you can check online." Great wonderful, except not all measurements are standard and since we cannot try it on it would seem they would be more willing to help us out.
My guess, drop off of sales and they will get the hint.

I totally agree................he shows a variety in his clothing.....not like LOGO which is all the same only with a tweek to each new top/jacket.....i don't know how many hours of the same tops QVC can show......................don't think it will last all that long.....although she talked about alot of her jewelry being shown....which wouldn't interest me.....but again... to each his own ..................but Louis has some really nice stuff.....and he would be much more interesting and creative.
