I wear that color combination myself.  I have jeans the same bronze/coppery color and sometimes wear them with a long sleeve heather gray tee, a print scarf (bronze, white. gray, and fuchia print) and gold jewelry.   Solid fuschia goes great with that bronzey color but it's a daring combination.

It's just a plain old pantsuit, nothing special.  I don't like the color of the pantsuit and I think the warm gold brown color with gold buttons clashes with the cool gray colored t shirt and silver belt.

I would never wear those pieces together.  

If her t shirt was warm colored and her belt gold, she would look much better IMO.

Classic look, the belt ties the outfit together. Other than the pants could be a bit slimmer, she wears it well. 

No handbag, she may have stashed in her ride...

Not to take away from what she has done, but if any of us were in trouble and appearing in court, we would be dressing to our best advantage as well.  I can't imagine anyone putting on their best "I'm guilty" outfit.  

As for the color combination, it is very "in" right now.  I watched Gwyneth Paltrow on Rachael Ray yesterday.  She was wearing the same color combination.
